2009 July 30The Thoroughfare now has comments! It took us too long (our first post was half a year ago) but we think we've finally got a good solution. Thanks to Brent Simmons, we found the DISQUS commenting system and used it to enable comments on all posts, even previous ones. It was a breeze to install, and we think it's got a great set of features for you too. Let us know if you agree!
We hope enabling comments here inspires even more of the great discussion we've been having with users via email. That invitation remains open, and email is still the best place to get the prompt and personal support our customers have come to expect. Comments just add another way for you to let us know what's on your mind.
You can also send feedback about @geotagalog, @inbugz or @cheapgps just by mentioning them on Twitter. We plan to send out more product-specific updates via those accounts, to supplement the company-wide tidbits on our main @calftrail account. You don't even need a Twitter account to follow them, since each account has an RSS feed to which anyone can subscribe.
